Bullard Construction Set to Begin Work on 3 Occupied Rehabs

Bullard Construction is gearing up to begin work simultaneously on three occupied rehabs in St. Louis, Santa Cruz, and Long Beach. They are all senior housing facilities that will be in full operation and fully occupied. As usual, Bullard is completing construction without having to relocate the tenants off-site — the tenants only have to be out of their units on the days Bullard paints, installs new flooring and cabinets, and refinishes tubs. The work can be completed during the day and they are able to safely return to their units in the evening. Several vacant units will be used as hospitality suites in each facility, that the residents are free to use during the day when their units are being renovated.  This is a lot less stressful on the elderly who reside at these facilities, who often find it very disruptive when they and their belongings have to be moved out of their units for an extended period of time.

The scope of work for the following complexes will include new cabinets and counter tops, appliances, flooring, paint, ventilation systems, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, fire alarms, emergency call systems, and PTAC units.
