HISTORY OF BULLARD CONSTRUCTION

For over two decades Bullard Construction, Inc. has provided superior construction services for developers and owners of office, retail, industrial, and healthcare facilities.

Bullard Construction, Inc. was established in 1987. Since the company's inception, tenant improvements and facility services have been the company's major markets. Over the past ten years, new construction and design/build services have accounted for a growing percentage of our annual volume. Renovation of commerical buildings has been another growth area for the company in recent years.

 

 

THE TEAM

BRYAN BULLARD- (President)

Bryan started Bullard Construction in 1987 and has 30 years in the construction industry working primarily on renovations and tenant improvement projects. In 2001, Bryan began a self-performed metal stud framing and drywall work group in order to improve on schedule and quality for the tenant improvements. Bryans’ hands-on experience in the field benefits the construction process for every project.

 

PAUL LINSTEADT- (Manager of Pre-Construction Services)

Paul has worked for over 30 years as a construction estimator and project manager in the Sacramento area. In addition to competitive “hard-bid” estimates, Paul has been responsible for design/build budget development, preconstruction services and cost management through completion on a variety of projects ranging in size from $100,000 to $20 million.

TONY DELANEY- (Manager of Estimating Services)

Tony has more than 25 years as a commercial construction estimator and project manager in Sacramento and the bay area. His commercial experience includes: retail, office, institutional, site development, roadway, underground utility, industrial, parking garages, hospitals, schools, libraries, police & fire stations, government buildings, Army Corp of Engineer, DSA and OSHPD projects.

 

SEAN OLSEN- (Project Manager)

Sean has 15 years experience in the construction industry and has worked for the past 13 years as a project manager in the Sacramento area. Sean has been responsible for the project management on a variety of projects ranging in size from $100,000 to $6 million.

BILL SERENE- (Superintendent)

Bill has over 30 years of field experience in the construction industry. He has been with Bullard Construction since 1992. Bill has extensive knowledge of all trades and all types of light commercial building construction. His friendly, no-nonsense style, and his superior organizational skills, make him an asset on any project.

 

BRYAN MEYER- (Superintendent)

Bryan has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and 15 years of Healthcare and OSHPD experience. He has worked in California & Arizona. He has supervisory experience with both interior renovations and new construction. Bryan’s extensive background in finish carpentry and casework installation is evident in his careful attention to fit and detail at every stage of construction.
