The Greenbriar Apartments renovation was a 168 unit section 8 housing facility. Occupied throughout construction, it was financed through 4% bonds; and Bullard/VOA worked with Sacramento HUD on a 236 mortgage and HAP contract.
Occupied during the first phase on construction which included the exterior work and windows
In the first phase, Bullard Inc. removed the old deteriorated wood siding, and installed all new stucco siding, vapor barriers, ADA accessible pathways, a new roof, and exterior signage
In the second phase, the units received all new kitchens and bathrooms
The Bullard Project Executive worked with the owner in lieu of hiring an architect to specify all finishes and any design criteria that was requested
