Greenbriar Apartments Affordable Housing

The Greenbriar Apartments renovation was a 168 unit section 8 housing facility. Occupied throughout construction, it was financed through 4% bonds; and Bullard/VOA worked with Sacramento HUD on a 236 mortgage and HAP contract.

  • Occupied during the first phase on construction which included the exterior work and windows
  • In the first phase, Bullard Inc. removed the old deteriorated wood siding, and installed all new stucco siding, vapor barriers, ADA accessible pathways, a new roof, and exterior signage
  • In the second phase, the units received all new kitchens and bathrooms
  • The Bullard Project Executive worked with the owner in lieu of hiring an architect to specify all finishes and any design criteria that was requested
  • Completed September 2007
