Summer Park is a Section-8 apartment complex that is currently undergoing a full interior and exterior renovation, with new landscaping and several site upgrades. The site upgrades include new parking areas, updated ADA path of travel, a new construction community building, fully renovated leasing offices, and upgraded pool area and sporting facilities. The building exteriors are receiving a fully upgraded envelope including new windows/doors, siding and stucco, and roofing. The interior unit renovations include new HVAC mini-splits, water heaters, lighting and plumbing fixtures, finishes, kitchens, ADA upgrades, and AEA energy efficiency upgrades. The project is scheduled for completion in late 2021.
