Sunset Towers is a 100 unit, 9 story senior housing
facility located in Denver. Occupied throughout
construction, it was funded using 4% Colorado
tax credits, as well as Denver HUD and City on
HOME money that had HUD regulations.
Each unit received all new kitchens, vanities,
appliances, flooring, windows, paint, closet
doors, entry doors and hardware, electrical
fixtures and fire alarms, including a new nurse
call system. The building received a new roof
and exterior signage and all new exterior LED
lighting. Bullard installed a 150kW backup
generator, as well as an entirely new boiler
system and pumps. The parking lot was also
resealed and re-striped.
