Clare Gardens is a 128 unit affordable housing development located in the bustling Highland area of downtown Denver. The project is situated on several acres and contains 22 residential buildings that feature townhouse-style living, with a community building and property manager's offices.

The exterior portion of the renovation included new siding, roof mods and gutters, windows and entry doors, new landscaping and irrigation, drive aisle and parking mods, and an underground stormwater retention complex. The interiors included adding Air-conditioning which was absent before, all new flooring and paint, water heaters and furnaces, doors and hardware, plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, kitchens and countertops, and appliances.
