Affordable housing community located in Sacramento, renovated to include a new community room, roof, and bring a fresh look to the South Sac community.

Crossroad Gardens is a 70-unit affordable housing complex located in Sacramento, CA, and owned and managed by Mercy Housing. Bullard Inc. was contracted to complete a full interior and exterior renovation, including new landscaping, parking lot, and new community room. Interior renovations included a re-pipe of every unit, new split systems, new plumbing fixtures and lighting, finishes, doors, and windows. The existing buildings all received an exterior facelift including new siding, roofs and gutters, and paint.
