Eads square is a 104 unit senior living facility
located in St. Louis, Missouri. The complex was
fully occupied throughout the renovation.
Work in each unit included new kitchens,
bathrooms, appliances, painting, flooring,
doors and hardware, LED lighting, PTAC units
and ducting, and windows. The common
area was being completely remodeled, and
the common area HVAC units were replaced. Each floor received a new trash room with chutes. The building received a new roof, and the
parking lot was resurfaced and re-striped.
Sitework included new concrete walkways with
ADA pathways of travel. Every patio area
was expanded and the ground re-landscaped.
