East Cliff Apartments is a 76 unit affordable
senior housing complex located in Santa Cruz,
CA. During this rehab, the complex was 100%
occupied. Each unit received new kitchens and
bathrooms, appliances, painting, flooring,
doors and hardware, and LED light fixtures.
The exterior included all new concrete
walkways and ADA paths of travel and
accessible parking. There also was a common
area addition with added parking, and a
completely re-landscaped courtyard and
gazebo.
