The Greenbriar Apartments are a 168 unit
section 8 housing facility. Occupied throughout
construction, it was financed through 4% bonds;
and Bullard Inc. and VOA worked with Sacramento
HUD on a 236 mortgage and HAP contract.
Bullard Inc. removed the old deteriorated wood siding, and installed all new stucco siding, vapor barriers,ADA accessible pathways, a new roof, and
exterior signage. Later, the units received all new
kitchens and bathrooms. The Bullard Inc. Project Executive worked with the owner in lieu of hiring an architect to specify all finishes and any design criteria that was requested.
