Lakeview Place is a 79 unit senior housing facility
located in Houston, Texas. Occupied throughout
construction, it was financed by HUD 223(f), and
Bullard/VOA worked with Houston HUD.
The building received all new roofing, and
boiler system and pumps. Each unit received
new kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, flooring,
windows, paint, ducting, and PTAC units.
The Bullard Project Executive worked with the
owner in lieu of hiring an architect to specify
all finishes and any design criteria that was
requested.
