Sacramento's first ever HomeKey supportive housing conversion with a new ground-up Community Center 

Los Molinos Apartments is a 100 unit SRO building for the unhoused located in Sacramento CA which is owned and managed by Mercy Housing. This renovation and addition was the first Project Homekey project completed in the Sacramento region. Bullard Construction is proud to have assisted Mercy Housing in providing our unhoused neighbors with a place to call home. Being a HomeKey project, Bullard Construction was contracted to convert an existing hotel into studio apartments, and also modify the first floor into office spaces. Interior unit improvements included 10 units converted to be ADA compliant, new plumbing fixtures, PTACS, finishes, lighting, kitchens, and new finishes in the common area hallways. The first floor conversion included a new reception area, maintenance room, laundry room, new mailboxes, 13 new offices, break room, and new meeting rooms. Outside, Bullard constructed a ground-up community room, exterior paint, updated ADA path of travel, new landscaping, and a dog park.
