Sea Mist Apartments is a 75 unit Affordable
senior housing facility located in Long
Beach, CA. The complex was fully occupied
throughout the renovation. Work in each
unit included new kitchens, appliances,
PTAC, painting, flooring, refinished tubs, sinks
and faucets, water source heat pumps, LED
light fixtures, and emergency call system.
The exterior was painted, and a new roof
installed.
