​​​Shores Landing, a 95-unit affordable senior housing community owned and operated by MidPen Housing, previously underwent a home-key conversion before Bullard Construction was brought on-board. Nestled in the scenic Redwood Shores area, Bullard Construction undertook a wide range of targeted improvements that significantly enhanced the property and the quality of life for its residents. Key enhancements included demolishing the central drive aisle and entry roundabout to make way for a ground-up community center. The previous central parking aisle was transformed into a fully accessible garden and outdoor gathering space for residents. Inside the existing building, a new trash chute was installed in what used to be a locked storage room, connecting all four floors and making life easier for residents. The entire exterior received a fresh coat of paint, while the roof was thoroughly powerwashed to restore its original appearance. Additionally, seven ADA-adaptable units were upgraded with new roll-in showers to improve accessibility.
