Sierra Manor is a 148-unit senior housing facility
located in Reno, Nevada. Occupied throughout
construction, it was funded by 4% bonds, as well
as Reno HUD 202 and a HAP contract.
Each unit received all new kitchens, bathrooms
sinks, appliances, flooring, windows, paint, and
closet doors. The building received all new
boiler valves and thermostats, as well as all new
electrical fixtures. Bullard also installed a new
perimeter fence.
