Southwoods Apartments is a 109 unit senior
housing complex located in Oklahoma City.
Occupied throughout construction, it was
financed through 9% Oklahoma tax credits,
and Bullard Inc. and VOA worked with Oklahoma
City HUD on HAP and a prepay of the 202
mortgage. The facility received all new roofing, siding, exterior LED lighting, signage, new concrete
walks and a reconfigured parking lot to
allow for 12 extra spaces. Each unit received
new kitchens, bathrooms, sinks, appliances,
flooring, windows, paint, closet doors, patio
doors, balconies, and all new electrical
fixtures.
