St. Francis Terrace is a 48-unit affordable housing complex owned and operated by Mercy Housing California, and located in Sacramento, CA. Key aspects of the project completed by Bullard Inc. included all-new unit interiors, new boiler and HVAC systems, and all new paint, windows, doors, and trellises on the exterior. The project was completed while occupied, in a densely populated urban environment, which provided for unique challenges for everyone involved.
