Section-8 apartment complex fully renovated with upgraded units, improved amenities, energy-efficient systems.

Summer Park is a large Section-8 apartment complex that underwent full interior and exterior renovation, with new landscaping and several site upgrades including new solar carports. The site upgrades include new parking areas, updated ADA path of travel, a new community building, fully renovated leasing offices, and upgraded pool area and sporting facilities. The building exteriors received a fully upgraded envelope including new windows/doors, siding and stucco, decks, and roofing. The interior unit renovations include new HVAC mini-splits, water heaters, lighting and plumbing fixtures, finishes, kitchens, ADA upgrades, and AEA energy efficiency upgrades. The Project completed late 2020.
