Fully transformed affordable housing complex with new kitchens, finishes, HVAC systems, play areas, and multiple ground up community buildings.

Sunset Creek is a 76 unit affordable housing complex located in Fairfield, CA, and owned by MidPen Housing Corporation. Bullard was contracted to complete a full interior and exterior occupied renovation of the complex, including new landscaping and parking lot. Interior renovations, which were completed while the residents continued to live in their units, included new kitchens, finishes, doors, windows, HVAC systems, and plumbing/electrical fixtures. Several new community and services buildings were constructed, in addition to two new large play areas. The existing buildings all received an exterior facelift including new siding, roofs, and paint.
