New upgrades to resident's units, fire sprinkler systems and much more for Downtown Denver's affordable housing community.

Westgate Towers is a 6-story, 50 unit affordable housing apartment building located in downtown Denver. This was an extensive occupied renovation, with many challenges. The most important and challenging portion included the installation of a brand new fire sprinkler system in all common areas, hallways, and units. Bullard Inc. upgraded the boilers and installed a backup generator as well. The interior unit scope included new kitchens, finishes, plumbing and lighting fixtures, and new PTAC units. The exterior site work included a new seal and striping of the parking lot.
