Bullard Inc. completed this 18,355 sq. ft. build-out
for two new court sets, including holding
cells in a secure area. Phased construction
in an occupied facility, this project included a non structural demising wall, as well as all architecture,
mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and misc.
equipment and finishes as required for a
complete and functional building. Included
new stairs and elevator.
