Bullard Construction completed a tenant renovation for the 30,000-square-foot Roseville Electric office located in the heart of downtown Roseville. A portion of the second floor was renovated to include a new gym and workout area, locker rooms with dedicated lockers, and two single-use restrooms equipped with showers. The third and fourth floors feature new executive offices, modern break rooms, multi-use restrooms, open cubicle areas, and high-tech conference rooms designed with advanced multimedia capabilities. The overall design reflects a clean, modern look with extensive use of glass walls and doors, custom cabinetry with quartz countertops, and tile finishes throughout the main lobbies, primary corridors, and restrooms.
